Question: What kind of a warranty do you have on your products?
We warranty our products against defects in craftsmanship that result in operational failure. Scratches, which will occur with use, are not
covered under the warranty. Our guarantee is simple. If it breaks, through no abuse or fault of your own, we will replace it. You must mail the broken unit back to us at your expense for you to receive a replacement.
The Bullwhip Hooksetter, with limited care, should last your lifetime!

Question: How does the vertical rod attach to the base of the hooksetter?
The vertical rod support has a threaded end which screws on to the base of the hooksetter for ease of setup and storage in a small tacklebox.

Question: How do you adjust the tension or sensitivity of the Bullwhip Hooksetting Rodholder?
The tension setting is usually adjusted with a pair of pliers. The trigger wire is held in place by a trigger rod
which can be bent upward or downward for the tension setting. Most fishermen carry some sort of pliers that will work.

Question: Can I mail my payment in?
Yes, after you have completed shopping you can click on the checkout button. You will be asked for your name, shipping information...etc. Select the mail in option at the bottom of the page and you will
receive a "Thank You for your order" email. We have received your order information and we will await your check or money order before shipping. Please write down your order number on the check if your check name is different from the shipping information you provided. If there is a problem we will contact you.
We ship within 5 working days to the address you specify.

Question: How do you ship your products and can you ship to foreign countries?
The Bullwhip hooksetter weighs about 2lbs. We usually ship best rates shipping via UPS in the continental US. Foreign orders will require an additional shipping fee to your location which you pay. If you have any questions about shipping please email us for cost to your location. Shipping cost is per weight to ship to your location. If you order more than one hooksetter the included (in the price) eight dollar shipping cost does not change. Cost is for each hooksetter. There is no reduction in price even if your order is for more than one unit.

Question:How will I receive the Rodholder Plans?
We usually email the plans to your email address after you have completed payment.
